Step1: You Open The Photo Go to File And Create New Document
And Go to FILTER> and Then RENDER And After That Click The Lens Flare
Step2: And Then You select BRIGHTNESS 100% and then Lens Type: 105 mm prime then okey
Step3: Then go to image>rotate canvas>Flip canvas vertical.
Then go to filter>distort>polar coordinates.
Step4: And select Rectangular to polar. Then chose Elliptical Marquee Tool (m)
And select the circle.
Step5: Then hold down ctrl and press c.Then go to file and select new document
Then hold down control and press v.
Then Ctr l D
Step6: Then go to image>adjustment>color balance and select highlights.And set the highlights yello to +100.
Then select midtones and set yello to +34. Then select shadows and set cyan to 0,set magenta to -4 and set blue to -2.
